I am Mind Body Soul Wellness Hub offers a range of Holistic Health services including Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Cupping), Massage (Remedial, Lomi Lomi, Shitzu), Hypnotherapy (Rapid Transformational Therapy - RTT, Weight loss Hypno-band, Past Life Regressions), Theta Healing, Holistic Counselling and Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Yoga Therapy. As well as group classes (Yoga and Pilates), Special Events and Courses (Yoga Teacher Training YTT, Sound Healing Session, Women's Circles, Acro Yoga). 

We are located on the South Coast in beautiful Gerringong10 minutes south of Kiama, and 40 minutes south of Wollongong, 2 hours south of Sydney. We service Gerringong, Kiama, Berry, Shoalhaven Heads, Shellharbour and surrounds. Some services are available online to accommodate people outside of the Illawarra region.
